A pair of mahogany open armchairs in the style of Chippendale, each with a shaped padded back and scrolling arms carved with acanthus leaves and rosettes, the generous seats above a panelled rail with a bead and reel border, the front legs with ball and claw feet, the plain back legs outswept. English, circa 1920.
