A Nuremberg Renaissance silver-gilt goblet Circular foot with flame ornament supporting a stem with conical knop with female herms, the octagonal bowl with a plain rim. The body with repoussé flame ornament and palmettes; beneath the rim, finely etched festoons and foliate scrolls. Height 14.5 cm, weight 153 g. Marks of David Lauer, 1603 - 1609.
