A musical longcase clock, by Monkhouse, Carlisle, 19th century, inlaid case with fan marquetry decoration, brass twelve inch dial with Roman hour numerals and Arabic minutes, painted moon dial in the arch, and tune selector lever within the chapter ring, brass spandrels, broken arch hood with green glass panels and mounted by two carved urns and a central brass urn, Gothic arcade below the hood, cross-banded trunk door with arched top, substantial five pillar, three train eight day movement striking on a bell and playing the tunes on an additional set of eight bells, three lead weights, (pendulum missing), 243cm high (requires re-assembly)
