The A. Lange & Söhne Saxonia 201.027 represents one of the purest expressions of the Saxonia collection, reducing the watch to the essential functions of hours and minutes while emphasizing proportion, finishing, and mechanical refinement. Its slim 18K white gold case gives the watch an understated and highly elegant character. The 37 mm case is crafted from 18K white gold and measures only approximately 5.9 mm thick. The argenté solid silver dial uses slender applied hour markers and elegant hands, creating a clean and highly restrained layout. With no date display or subsidiary seconds, the design maintains an intentionally minimalist appearance. The watch is powered by the manually wound A. Lange & Söhne Caliber L093.1, an ultra-thin manufacture movement providing approximately 72 hours of power reserve. Despite the extremely slim case profile, the movement maintains the traditional construction and finishing associated with A. Lange & Söhne. A transparent sapphire crystal caseback provides a view of the movement, while a black alligator leather strap and 18K white gold prong buckle complete the dress-oriented design.
