A French silver gold and sodalite cabochon Art Déco necklace. Geometrically designed necklace with three large bezel-set sodalite cabochons alternating with geometric two-tone links. Incorporated into a bar-link chain with a small box clasp. Hallmarks: Small Paris guarantee mark for silver fineness 800, “tête de sanglier” (boar’s head), in use since 1838 (Tardy, Silver, p. 199), maker’s mark “JD”. Length 53.0 cm. Weight 103.75 g.
