For centuries it formed part of jewelry, garments, and ceremonial objects of the world's most advanced cultures — especially in China, where it was considered for millennia the most sacred and valuable stone above gold. Jade is known as the stone of harmony, wisdom, and good fortune — worked to promote emotional balance, an open heart, and a connection with one's own intuition and inner wisdom. Historically associated with good luck in numerous cultures, Jade is used in lithotherapy to cultivate a more receptive and open attitude toward the opportunities that arise in life. It is used to strengthen confidence in one's own resources and to foster a mindset of abundance and natural flow.
