A six-piece group of stainless steel flatware manufactured by Elkington & Co. Ltd. of England for the Greek Line. The set comprises one dinner, one salad, and one dessert fork, one spoon with a round bowl, and one dinner and one dessert knife. The pieces feature a tapered, minimalist handle design characteristic of mid-century modern styling. A stylized trident emblem above the text GREEK LINE is impressed on the front handles of the forks and spoon, and on the reverse handles of the knives. The knife blades are marked ELKINGTON & CO LTD STAINLESS CUTLERS & SILVERSMITHS ENGLAND. The reverse of the spoon and fork handles bear the Elkington maker mark, ELKINGTON STAINLESS, ENGLAND. Dimensions: 1"W x 8"H Provenance: Museum of Miami Collection, known for its extensive archives, manuscripts, and visual materials documenting the region's history.
