The second spoon, in the Art Nouveau Chrysanthemum pattern, shows the Manchester Manufacturing Co. marks on the reverse neck consisting of the letters "H" and "A" flanking a pictorial mark of a bird, a shield containing an "M", and another bird, alongside the word "STERLING".
