2pc Wedgwood Silver Luster and White Creamware Serving Bowls

This two piece Wedgwood silver and white serving set consists of two oval creamware bowls decorated with hand-painted silver luster. The botanical motif features a Grape and Strawberry pattern, with detailed grapevine leaves and grape clusters interspersed with strawberry fruit and blossoms. Both vessels are designed with integral loop handles and scalloped rims accented with luster trim. The underside of the larger bowl displays a green printed mark for Wedgwood Etruria England, and a grey circular sticker for the Rubin Collection. The smaller bowl features similar factory markings along with a pink lot sticker and a tag from a previous Skinner auction. The off-white earthenware body exhibits characteristics typical of early 20th-century Wedgwood creamware.
