23.45 ct – Rare natural Herkimer Smoky Quartz crystal from Skardu, Pakistan, showing a well-developed double termination and an exceptional internal inclusion. The most interesting feature of this specimen is the presence of a visible two-phase internal cavity containing mobile bitumen, which can move inside the cavity when the crystal is tilted. This gives the specimen particular mineralogical and collector interest. The crystal shows a delicate natural smoky coloration, good transparency and preserved natural faces, allowing the internal features and inclusions to be clearly observed. A highly unusual collector specimen combining double termination, transparency and a mobile internal inclusion in a single natural crystal.
