Informazioni in Etichetta e Curiosità Informazioni in Etichetta: The front and back labels bear the winery name "Kellerei / Cantina Schreckbichl Colterenzio", the line "Prail", the grape variety and designation "Sauvignon Südtirol Alto Adige DOC", the vintage "2024", the alcohol 13.5% Vol. and the 750ml format. Curiosità: Produced from vineyards located at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters above sea level in the Cornaiano (Appiano) area, the "Prail" is one of the most representative expressions of Sauvignon in Alto Adige. Winemaking involves separate maturation for about 6 months on fine lees: most of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve crispness and freshness, while a small percentage matures in large wooden casks to confer greater complexity and structure.
