The 2022 vintage of Château de Melin’s Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune captures the purity and grace of Pinot Noir at altitude — bright fruit, soft texture, and a whisper of earth. Character & Style This is classic cool-climate Burgundy: fresh red fruit, fine tannins, and an underlying minerality that gives tension and lift. The sunny 2022 vintage adds a touch of generosity, making it both approachable and refined. Tasting Notes Appearance: bright ruby red with hints of violet. Nose: aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, and raspberries, layered with subtle notes of rose petal, spice, and a touch of forest floor.
