Color: Cherry red Aromas: Fresh red, blue, and black fruits, supported by a fresh mineral note and herbal hints – lively, elegant, and distinctive. Taste: Clear and fresh as a mountain torrent, with lively acidity, expressive primary aromas, a silky texture and fine, elegant tannins; a mineral grip and fantastic drinkability. Character: Energetic, pure and straight – it blends the dark fruits and tannic richness associated with the proximity to the Sierra Cantabria with red fruits and the finesse of the Ebro area. Food pairing: Herb-crusted rack of lamb, mushrooms braised with polenta, aged Manchego.
