As a distinguished Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, Laroque has solidified its reputation as one of the most exciting estates in the region, largely due to its unique limestone plateau terroir. The Vintage: 2021 The 2021 vintage at Château Laroque is widely celebrated for its freshness, precision, and elegance. William Kelley (Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate) | 94/100: Kelley identifies the 2021 as a major success of the vintage, praising the aromas of berries, rose petals, and fine spices, alongside a layered and concentrated structure. James Suckling | 94-95/100: Suckling emphasizes the polished, linear, and fine character of the wine, noting that the limestone terroir truly shines in this cool vintage through distinct mineral undertones.
