It literally means "God wills it", making the estate a historic place with almost a thousand years of viticultural tradition. Biological philosophy and terroir: Dievole is located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the southern part of the Chianti Classico. The estate has fully converted its vineyards to organic farming and uses large French oak barrels of 41 hl for aging, preserving the pure, varietal expression of Sangiovese.
