Château Lafleur du Roy 2019 – Pomerol AOP – Grand Cru de Bordeaux – 4 x 75 cl Capsules récoltant Issued from the prestigious Pomerol appellation, Château Lafleur du Roy is an exceptional red wine that blends elegance, aromatic richness and great finesse. Born from a unique terroir consisting of sandy-gravelly soils and “crasse de fer,” it expresses the nobility of the Right Bank of Bordeaux. Produced mainly from Merlot (85%), complemented by Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), it offers a remarkable balance between roundness, structure and complexity. The Merlot provides a velvety, indulgent texture, while the Cabernets enhance the aromatic finesse, the structure and the wine’s aging potential. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months The color is deep, with garnet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe dark fruits, notably cassis, blackberry and black cherry, enriched with spicy, woody and slightly floral notes. On the palate, the attack is silky and broad, carried by melted tannins and a beautiful overall harmony. The finish is long and elegant, marked by a subtle mineral and woody touch. This wine captivates with its balance of controlled power and elegance. Its aging potential of 15 to 20 years allows it to progressively develop more complexity and depth over time. A Pomerol that is for keeping and has character. No shipments to IRELAND or NORWAY and outside EUROPE, as parcels are systematically blocked by customs.
