Aged for 18 months in 1000 litre French oak foudres. Bottled at the domaine. Perfect for drinking now and will cellar through 2030. Created by Bernard and Cécile Croisille in 2000, and currently run by their two sons, the 40-hectare domaine in the villlage of Fages is Organic and Biodynamic.
