Lot of 12 bottles including: 3 Margaux from Château Lion de Fabre 2019. This Margaux wine from the Fabre estates does not escape the rule; here you find what makes the appellation’s reputation, power, class and unique elegance. This cuvée was renamed as such in homage to a lion sculpture discovered during the renovation of the family residence. This Lions de Fabre is a very beautiful dense red wine with notes of ripe cassis, a very nice length and particularly fleshy tannins. A reference in Bordeaux, a know-how that is no longer to prove in making wines from the best appellations of Bordeaux. 9 bottles Château d’Argan 2017 in Cru Bourgeois of Médoc. This 2017 vintage presents a dark and deep ruby robe. The nose reveals a voluptuous aromatic bouquet with aromas of black fruits evoking smokeier notes like cedar or tobacco, as well as more floral touches like violet. On the palate, the 2017 offers a soft and tasty attack, with finesse. Its structure is elegant. The mid-palate is full with continuity. The wine expresses itself progressively with delicate aromatic impressions of fruits and spices. The aging in barrels has further refined this wine which already looks very promising!
