Predominantly sourced from Pinot Noir, this red wine embodies the elegance and complexity characteristic of the Côte de Nuits. The 2017 vintage offers a fine balance thanks to favorable weather, allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly. The calcareous soils of this unique terroir confer the wine with a lovely minerality, while traditional winemaking methods preserve the authenticity of the taste. The Burgundy region, known for its varied climates, greatly influences the delicacy and depth of the wines produced. To accompany this Vougeot Premier Cru, opt for dishes that enhance its subtle aromas and refined structure.
