2017 Ca' del Bosco

Ca Del Bosco Annamaria Clementi 2017 Franciacorta DOCG - Cassa Legno 3 Bottiglie Ca' del Bosco defines the 2017 Annamaria Clementi simply as *Assoluto*—Absolute. Unconstrained by limits, a value in constant evolution. It embodies the singular dedication required to craft this Franciacorta, dedicated to Annamaria Clementi—founder of Ca' del Bosco and mother of Maurizio Zanella. No compromises, no concessions. Only the finest grapes, selected from specific *crus*, are destined for this iconic wine—and only in the best vintages. Meticulous vinification and exceptionally long bottle-aging—lasting at least seven years on the lees—create a magnificent wine: a unique masterpiece with a stunning golden hue and an incredibly fine *perlage*. It offers an aroma of extraordinary complexity and a flavor of exceptional richness and persistence. An absolute Franciacorta.
