The resulting must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle using *liqueur de tirage according to the "Classic Method," with a minimum of 36 months of aging on the lees. It presents a straw-yellow color and a fine perlage, with floral and citrus notes including hints of linden blossom, honey, and ripe citrus fruit. The palate is deep and elegant, with good minerality.
