Well-balanced with great persistence. Enjoyable now, yet also suitable for long-term aging. VINIFICATION: In horizontal tanks for 18 days at a controlled temperature, with 2 manual pump-overs AGING: 38 months: 15 months in barriques, 15 months in large wooden casks, and 8 months in the bottle
