The lot is composed of two exceptional vintages that allow appreciating the subtilty and evolution of this house: 3x Marqués de Cáceres Gran Reserva 2014 (14% Vol.): An elegant and structured vintage, hand-crafted with Tempranillo grapes from old vines. 3x Marqués de Cáceres Gran Reserva 2015 (14.5% Vol.): A vintage with full body and maturity, with an extra touch of alcohol content that adds breadth and aromatic richness. For both the 2014 and 2015 vintages, the Marqués de Cáceres Gran Reserva wine spends exactly the same official oak aging time: Crianza en barrica Tiempo total en barrica: 24 to 26 months (depending on the batch of barrels and the vineyard plot). Tipo de madera: French oak barrels (combining a percentage of new barrels and second-use / second-year barrels). Trasiegos: Periodic racking is carried out every 6 months throughout the barrel aging. Afinado en botella After the wood stage, the wine is bottled and remains in the winery cellars for a minimum of 4 years (48 months) in bottle before hitting the market to achieve the elegance and roundness characteristic of Rioja Grandes Reservas.
