2014 Michel Chevré - Thierry Germain - Nicolas Reau,"3...

The "Terres" cuvée is an exceptional AOC Saumur white wine created through a collaboration between three renowned Loire Valley winemakers: Thierry Germain (Domaine des Roches Neuves), Michel Chevré (Clos de l'Écotard), and Nicolas Réau (Domaine Anjou & Clos des Treilles). the wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc. • Terroir: Flint (silex) soils over limestone, which provide a distinct mineral backbone. • Winification: Skin-contact macration (orange wine style) in Italian terracotta amphorae for several months, followed by aging in oak barrels. • Style: Crafted with zero added sulfur and bottled unfiltered. It is a rare, complex natural wine that balances electric mineral tension with a rich, textured, and structured mouthfeel.
