Wine and winery history The Giuseppe Quintarelli winery, situated on the hills of Negrar in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, is one of the most prestigious realities of Italian viticulture. Giuseppe Quintarelli, also known by the nickname “Bepi,” built the winery’s reputation through a strongly traditional production philosophy, based on manual selection of grapes, use of indigenous yeasts, and very long aging periods in large casks. Valpolicella Classico Superiore is one of the most representative expressions of this philosophy.
