2011 Kiwi Indian Chieftain

Built by renowned Indian motorcycle specialist Mike “Kiwi” Tomas especially for Billy Joel, this Kiwi Indian Chieftain combines the unmistakable character of a postwar Indian Chief with modern construction and usability. Powered by a Kiwi-built 84 cid flathead V-twin, it features a spring-frame chassis, Aerodraulic front fork, and four-speed synchromesh gearbox with overdrive. The Chieftain was displayed at the 2011 AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building, where it achieved 2nd Place in the Production Manufacturer class.
