1950s split-finger baseball glove in tan leather, featuring a solid leather web stitched between the thumb and index finger. The palm is marked with an ink signature for Phil Cavarretta and an impressed circular mark reading SPORTING GOODS with three vertical bars in the center and the model number 4230 below. The glove features dark brown leather lacing and a metal snap button on the wrist strap decorated with a star and wreath pattern. Hand-written red ink on the wrist strap reads DONA VAN LIERE.
