Very special bottle of wine from the legendary vintage year 1945. Put in cask and shipped by the famous wine merchant Jean Pierre Moueix (since 1937). The wine comes from the Saint-Georges-Saint-Émilion region. Label fully intact and readable, cork at a good height, capsule worn with inscription BB and Pzn and established in 1868, apparently bottled in the Netherlands. Wine level unusually good for 1945: top shoulder. + 1 bottle Chateau Chasse Spleen, AC Moulis and Medoc, Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel 1980. Cork, capsule and label fully intact, label yellowed. Wine level top shoulder.
