“A rare pre-war model, in superb condition, with a very reasonable estimate!” The car featured here is one of just 787 Series 66C Century Convertibles produced, out of a total production run of over 30,000 Series 60 models. A true rarity on European roads, this example was imported in 1992 by Mr B., a major collector of American cars and an absolute enthusiast of this particular model. He had, in fact, spent many months searching for such a car (correspondence included in the file), eventually finding it in Wisconsin. In 2023, Mr B. sold his collection at auction, and it was Mr V., a prominent collector from Luxembourg, who purchased it. At the wheel, this long-time enthusiast took part in a major rally across Canada. Today, the car is in superb condition. The bodywork is beautiful and free from any major flaws, and the upholstery bears a patina that suits it perfectly.
