1920-D Walking Liberty Half Dollar. MS-63 (PCGS).

1920-D Walking Liberty Half Dollar. MS-63 (PCGS). A pleasing example with plenty of eye appeal at the Select Mint State grade level. Both sides are bathed in soft mint luster, the surfaces untoned with a bright snow-white appearance. Boldly struck overall, and impressively so for a Denver Mint half dollar from the early Walking Liberty series, this coin is sure to see spirited bidding among astute collectors. One of the more underrated issues of its type, the 1920-D is not only a significant strike rarity, but it is also the fifth rarest Walking Liberty half dollar in terms of total number of Mint State coins known. Provenance: From the Collection of Gary T. Athelstan. PCGS# 6581. NGC ID: 24R4. Click here for certification details from PCGS.
