18 Franse vintage 78-toerenplaten – o.a

Special batch of 18 original French 78-rpm records from the period 1931–1955, with a beautiful selection of well-known French singers, chansonniers and orchestras. A attractive collector's package with music from the golden era of French chanson and variety. Includes several famous and beloved artists, including Charles Trenet, Tino Rossi, Maurice Chevalier, Yves Montand, Léo Ferré, Luis Mariano, Rina Ketty and Patachou. The collection is also interesting because of the broad period: from an early Columbia release from 1931 to records from the mid-1950s. Thus the lot gives a nice picture of the development of French popular music over almost 25 years. Condition: from Very Good Plus (VG+) to Near Mint (NM), with normal signs of use that fit records of this age. 1 ; Charles Trenet – De La Fenêtre D'en Haut / La Mer Label: Columbia – D.C. 414 Released: 1948 2 ; Yves Montand – La Ballade De Paris / J'Ai Du Soleil Plein La Tête Label: Odeon – 282.864 Released: 1953 3 ; Maurice Chevalier – Y A D'La Joie / Vous Et Moi Label: Electrola – E.G. 6162 Released: 1937 4 ; Tino Rossi – Le Roi D'Ys / Tristesse Label: Columbia – BF 91 Released: 1947 5 ; Albert Viau – La Bénédiction / De Sa Mère On Se Souvient Toujours Label: Bluebird – B-1229 Series: La Bonne Chanson Released: 1939 6 ; Mme Nitta-Jo – Tango Des Roses / Un Rien !
