17pc Collection of Showa Era Japanese Educational Certificates and

A collection of early to mid-Showa era Japanese ephemera consisting of academic awards and a government agricultural document. The group includes two paper commendation certificates issued to Riichiro Semba. The first is a 1938 certificate for perfect attendance from Jinguji Youth School in Akita Prefecture, and the second is a 1933 award for diligence from Jinguji Ordinary Higher Elementary School. Also included is a 1948 government rice sales passbook issued to Hisakichi Igarashi by the Togo Village Agricultural Cooperative in Yamagata Prefecture. The ledger features a printed title reading Government Rice Sales Passbook and contains multiple handwritten entries accompanied by red vermillion hanko seals. Dimensions: 6"W x 8.5"H Weight: 2 oz.
