The Tapestry pattern (T.C. 1024) features a multi-color transfer-printed border design of fruit and berry motifs including grapes, pears, blackberries, and cherries set within a pale green trellis frame. The design is bordered by two rows of small green husks and finished with hand-applied gold-tone gilding to the rims. The collection includes 2 dinner plates 10.5", 2 salad/dessert plates 8", 2 bread and butter plates 6.5", 1 soup bowl 8", 3 footed teacups with C-shaped handles, and 4 saucers 6". Each piece bears a black printed backstamp ROYAL DOULTON ENGLAND with an interlocking D symbol, encircled by MADE IN ENGLAND.
