18KT White Gold 0.60ctw Sapphire and Diamond Brooch

One electronically tested 18KT white gold ladies cast & assembled diamond and sapphire brooch. The brooch is completed by a horizontally placed pin. Bright polish finish with milgrain detailing throughout. Area measurements 3.00 x 0.50 inches. The brooch is reminiscent of the jewelry designs from the Art Deco Period. The Paris Exposition of Decorative Arts and Modern Manufacturers in 1925 gave the movement its name. The Art Deco Period is characterized with jewelry designs composed of bold geometric designs, & cubism. Condition is good. Containing: One bezel set cushion cut diamond, measuring 6.20 x 5.70 x 4.20mm (depth est.) approximate weight of 1.25ct. Cutting style circa early 20th century. Graded in the setting. Clarity: SI-1. Color: H Four bezel set Old European cut diamonds, measuring 2.80 - 2.70 x 1.80mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 4 Stones = 0.40ct. Cutting style circa early and late 19th century. Graded in the setting. Clarity: SI-2 to I-1. Color: H - I Twenty-Eight bead set Old European cut diamonds, measuring 1.90 - 1.70 x 1.12mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 28 Stones = 0.72ct. Cutting style circa early and late 19th century. Graded in the setting. Clarity: SI-1 to I-1. Color: H - I Two prong set round brilliant cut natural blue sapphires, measuring 3.80 - 3.70 x 2.20 mm, approximate total weight of 0.60ct., clarity is eye clean, type II, dark, very slightly grayish, very slightly greenish blue color, (GIA vslgB 7/3), cut is good. The gorgeous brooch measures 1-3/4 x 1-3/8". It is marked SILVER. The beautifully carved amethyst is natural and untreated. It is of very rare color with a mixture of purple, lavender and white.
