Lyon & Turnbull's Rare Asian Works of Art auction will take place on December 2 in Cambridgeshire, England. The catalog includes over 500 items, jewelry and art pieces from important private collections.

One of the more notable collections is that of the late romance novelist Lady Mary Stewart. The items from her private collection include a Celadon jade group dating back to the Qianlong period with an estimate of $32,000 - $63,000.

Another sale highlight is a rare Celadon glazed dragon charger, estimated at $32,000 - $47,000. A man who was a prisoner-of-war in Japan during WWII, who remained in the country after his release and amassed an extensive collection, originally acquired the charger. This piece has since been passed down within the family.
