Julien's Auctions has revealed the catalog for their Icons & Idols auction in November, and it is filled with over 700 star-studded lots. The entire sale is estimated to bring in between $1.2 M to $1.8 M, and a large portion will be donated to various charities.

The sale is led by the queen of pop herself, Madonna, with over 140 lots of costumes and objects taken from different points in her career. One of the most notable pieces is the dress she wore in the "Material Girl" music video, inspired by Marilyn Monroe's character in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Other Madonna lots include the wedding dress she wore in her wedding to Sean Penn, several awards from various awards ceremonies and her personal day planner.


Madonna isn't the only big name in this auction, bidders will be met by an abundance of items from a bevy high profile celebrities like Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, Naomi Judd and Lady Gaga. With everything from rare collectibles, autographs and iconic costumes, this auction is set to be glamorous, sensational and larger then life.


Barnebys recently welcomed Profiles in History and Prop Store, two auctions houses who also specialize in memorabilia and music & film history.
