A Good copy of this classic work, presume a FIRST EDITION (but a later edition, possibly 1930). All 12 COLOR PLATES intact, with many b/w illustrations.Plate "The Home of the Princess" is loose. Scattered mild foxing, a bit more to illustrated end-papers. Hinges are week, webbing exposed. Appears some repairs were attempted to front hinge.Crown and foot of spine cloth fraying, as is the rear hinge fabric. No previous names, or markings. All pages are tight, except frontis piece is loose about 2" at bottom. 315 pages. A great copy. Protected in a mylar slip.
