(Detroit, Michigan), 8 1/4 x 12 inches tall red buckram cloth hardcover, no dust jacket (as issued), gilt lettering to spine, full color reproduction of original 1926 brown green and red cover, nicely reproduced text and illustrations with no artifacts, 138 pp. Very slight soiling and rubbing to covers. Otherwise, a very good to near fine copy of this uncommon modern reproduction of a rare 1926 engine manual. Note that this is a heavy and oversized book, so additional postage will be required for international or priority orders. Rating 33.75, six-cylinder engine, with a displacement of 55.25 cubic inches (331.5 cubic centimeters). Continental Motors Company was an American manufacturer of internal combustion engines. The company produced engines as a supplier to many independent manufacturers of automobiles, tractors, trucks, and stationary equipment (such as pumps, generators, and industrial machinery drives) from the 1900s through the 1960s.
