Michael Bowman

Michael J Bowman has been holding regular auctions at Chudleigh Town Hall since 1986, including auctions for antiques, ceramics, fine art, jewellery, militaria and collectors' items.

Michael originates from Northumberland and joined Whitley Bay firm of auctioneers, J. C. Featonby, at the age of eighteen. Four years of training and professional examination culminated to admission by the old Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (ISVA). On moving to Devon, he established auctions in Chudleigh in May 1986 and continues to hold seven selective sales each year.
