The company LES PIERRES DE JULIE was founded in 2005 by designer and gemologist Julie Cailleux Mialet. Despite her specialisation in the luxury hotel business, Julie has always been immersed in art with her father being an antique dealer for over thirty years. In 1999, Julie's career took a completely different turn. She took over the management of her father's art gallery La Tour Camoufle in Paris.

Alongside this activity, Julie Cailleux Mialet also satisfied his passion for gemmology following a 4-year training course at the Institute of Gemology in Paris. Since 2005 and the launch of her brand LES PIERRES DE JULIE, Julie has specialised in precious stones (sapphires, emeralds, rubies, diamonds) and semi-precious stones (tourmaline, peridot, tanzanite, aquamarine, rubellite, pink sapphire, tsavorite garnet, garnet spessartite, Garnet Rhodolite, spinels, chalcedony, Kunzite, Paraiba tourmaline, etc.).
